Puig in Barcelona seeks a Retail Design Graduate to support store concept development, technical drawings and retail rollouts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail design team in developing store concepts, moodboards and presentation materials for brand retail and pop-up activations.
- Produce technical drawings, plans and elevations using CAD and BIM tools to specification for store fit-outs and visual merchandising installations.
- Create 3D models and photorealistic renders to communicate spatial concepts and materiality to stakeholders.
- Assist with material research, sample management and prototype coordination with suppliers and internal production teams.
- Participate in site surveys and installation supervision during store rollouts, ensuring compliance with brand standards and technical requirements.
- Prepare documentation for tendering and contractor handover, and maintain accurate project files and drawings.
Qualifications
- Recent degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial/Product Design or a closely related discipline.
- A succinct portfolio demonstrating spatial design, technical detailing and participation in built projects or installations.
- Proven competency in CAD and 3D visualisation workflows; experience producing construction-ready drawings.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-disciplinary coordination with brand, retail and procurement teams.

Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years' professional experience in retail, interior or exhibition design, ideally with exposure to store fit-outs or visual merchandising projects.
Education
