Puig is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Niche Group (Southeast) in Miami to lead niche fragrance sales and key-account growth across the Southeast US.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, distribution and margin targets for niche brands across the Southeast territory (US).
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans for key wholesale, selective retail and distributor partners; secure and expand premium placement.
  • Manage and coach regional field teams and account managers, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews and fostering commercial excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, trade marketing and merchandising to activate launches, in-store campaigns and POS initiatives tailored to niche positioning.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market analysis; present commercial performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, monitor compliance with brand standards and ensure optimal inventory flow across partners.
  • Represent the brand externally at retail meetings, client events and industry gatherings; travel across the assigned territory as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury beauty, niche fragrance or prestige cosmetics with responsibility for a multi-state territory.
  • Demonstrated experience managing field sales teams and key-account relationships in selective or wholesale channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, P&L awareness and retail/distributor negotiation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at executive and retail levels.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the Southeast region and maintain flexible, field-based schedules.

Experience
