Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and coordination support to the HR Director and regional HR team, managing meetings, agendas and follow-up actions across the HR community
- Coordinate and maintain talent trackers, succession plans and high-potential talent databases; prepare talent insights and presentation materials for leadership
- Support regional talent mobility initiatives including international moves, mobility dashboards and cross-market career opportunities
- Assist with recruitment coordination for regional HR roles including vacancy posting, interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports related to talent, mobility, recruitment and organisational development; translate data into clear insights
- Support execution of regional HR projects linked to business priorities including retail, talent development and organisational effectiveness
- Coordinate regional learning and development initiatives, employee engagement programmes and internal communications related to talent initiatives
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical capabilities and demonstrated interest in working with data and dashboards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English; additional languages preferred

Experience
Recent graduate or in the early stages of career development with a strong interest in Talent Management, Mobility, Organisational Development and HR Analytics. Proactive, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn in an international environment are essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
