Puig in Barcelona seeks a Recruitment Intern (Brands) starting July 2026 to support talent acquisition, employer branding and campus recruitment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for brand and marketing teams: sourcing, screening CVs, conducting pre-screening calls and coordinating interviews.
- Manage candidate communications and ensure an excellent candidate experience across touchpoints, from application to offer.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews and assessment activities, including scheduling, travel coordination and interview packs for stakeholders.
- Contribute to employer branding and campus recruitment activities, including event organisation, outreach and social media support.
- Produce regular recruitment metrics and concise status reports to inform hiring priorities and time-to-hire improvements.
- Perform administrative HR tasks as required, including preparing offer documentation and supporting onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; Catalan is an asset.
- Highly organised with attention to detail, able to manage multiple requisitions and strict timelines.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential candidate and HR information.
- Proactive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.

Suitable for students or recent graduates with up to one year of prior HR or recruitment internship experience; previous exposure to employer branding, campus recruitment or sourcing is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
