Puig seeks a Recruitment Intern in Paris to support talent acquisition for Prestige and Niche brands. Master's level, French/English fluent.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment activities for Puig's Prestige and Niche brands across the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Draft and publish targeted job postings while developing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-potential interns and apprentices
  • Screen applications, conduct preliminary recruitment interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the application process
  • Administer recruitment-related documentation including internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, digital onboarding procedures, and OPCO billing
  • Support internship progress meetings and facilitate group feedback sessions to ensure continuous development
  • Organize company events and social initiatives for interns and apprentices to foster engagement and cohesion
  • Coordinate group recruitment sessions and identify opportunities to enhance the overall candidate experience and recruitment journey
  • Contribute to HR projects spanning employee engagement, internal communications, training completion monitoring, and talent pool development
  • Support the deployment of internal communication campaigns and talent development initiatives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, educational institutions, schools, and external recruitment partners

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources preferred
  • Completion of at least one successful prior internship in recruitment or HR
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Proven relationship-building skills and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
  • Genuine interest in and knowledge of the luxury beauty and cosmetics sector
