Puig seeks a Recruitment Intern in Paris to support talent acquisition for Prestige and Niche brands. Master's level, French/English fluent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment activities for Puig's Prestige and Niche brands across the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Draft and publish targeted job postings while developing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-potential interns and apprentices
- Screen applications, conduct preliminary recruitment interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the application process
- Administer recruitment-related documentation including internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, digital onboarding procedures, and OPCO billing
- Support internship progress meetings and facilitate group feedback sessions to ensure continuous development
- Organize company events and social initiatives for interns and apprentices to foster engagement and cohesion
- Coordinate group recruitment sessions and identify opportunities to enhance the overall candidate experience and recruitment journey
- Contribute to HR projects spanning employee engagement, internal communications, training completion monitoring, and talent pool development
- Support the deployment of internal communication campaigns and talent development initiatives
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, educational institutions, schools, and external recruitment partners
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources preferred
- Completion of at least one successful prior internship in recruitment or HR
- Fluent in both French and English
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Proven relationship-building skills and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Genuine interest in and knowledge of the luxury beauty and cosmetics sector
