Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking lease expiration dates and coordinate necessary actions with stakeholders across Puig's global office network
- Support the setup of project timelines for new leases, renewals, and fit-out projects for office expansions and renovations
- Gather data for project budgets and assist in CapEx definition and forecasting
- Manage Puig's office real estate portfolio globally, focusing on lease contract administration and monitoring
- Collaborate with the Real Estate team and key account managers on lease renewals and contract management
- Maintain tools and systems to monitor lease agreement status and office project progress
- Coordinate renovations and relocations in partnership with external brokers, internal legal teams, and local project managers
- Contribute to implementing office design changes aligned with Puig's workplace standards across locations
- Attend project meetings and organize logistics and communications with vendors, designers, and project managers
- Prepare layouts for minor office refurbishment projects managed internally
- Update workplace data related to occupancy and space usage across Puig's global office portfolio
- Define, implement, and verify KPIs and SLAs for the real estate and projects area
- Track project budgets according to CapEx forecasts and monitor construction work progress
- Support regular reporting and monitoring of ongoing office projects and identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, or related project coordination
- University degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Fluent English
- Strong experience with lease contract administration and real estate portfolio management
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating office projects, renovations, and fit-outs
- Proficiency with project management tools and systems for tracking lease agreements and office projects
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects across different locations

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in real estate management, facilities administration, or office project coordination, preferably within a multinational corporate environment or luxury goods sector.
Education
University degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
