Puig is recruiting a Purchasing Intern for its Art of Gifting and Accessories teams in Paris, starting January 2027 for a six-month internship. The intern will support supplier consultations, tenders, product development, purchasing analysis, orders in SAP and replenishment across a varied range of gifting and accessory products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Art of Gifting and Accessories purchasing project managers from supplier consultation through product delivery.
- Help prepare and launch requests for proposals.
- Coordinate development and sample follow-up with suppliers and the marketing team.
- Analyse offers and contribute to supplier comparisons.
- Help prepare Vendor Assignment Committees (VAC).
- Create and track purchase orders in SAP.
- Manage replenishment orders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s processes and tools.
- Carry out other tasks related to the department’s day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of purchasing and a significant first experience, ideally in purchasing.
- Bac +4/+5 qualification, business school or a Master’s degree specialising in purchasing or logistics.
- French and English are required; Spanish is an advantage.
- An interest in cosmetics and luxury, with a strong affinity for products.
- Rigorous, responsive and organised, with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
