Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop production teams in a dynamic industrial environment
- Manage human and material resources to ensure adherence to production schedules
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, GMP, and Environmental standards
- Monitor key operational indicators including productivity, efficiency, quality, and service metrics
- Identify operational deviations, implement corrective actions, and foster a continuous improvement culture
- Conduct operational meetings and maintain effective communication between shifts and departments

Qualifications
