Role & Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and guide future product launches aligned with the house's identity and legacy, constructing compelling narratives and creative universes from inception to market
- Conduct cultural and artistic research to identify emerging trends, aesthetic signals, and inspirational territories across luxury, art, design, architecture, fashion, and contemporary culture that inform future collections
- Monitor and analyze development budgets, evaluate project costs, and contribute to strategic decisions that ensure economic sustainability and profitability of all initiatives
- Oversee 360° activations including digital, retail, communications, packaging, and brand education in collaboration with specialist internal teams
- Maintain competitive intelligence across niche fragrance categories through ongoing market surveillance and trend analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams—product development, communications, digital, studio design, retail design, packaging—to ensure cohesive execution and timely delivery
- Lead launch coordination with key markets and international operational marketing teams
- Collaborate with external agencies and industry experts on product feasibility and technical execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent Bac +5 university education
- Specialization or demonstrated expertise in luxury marketing or luxury management
- 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing development within fragrance and beauty sectors
- Niche perfumery experience is strongly preferred
- Proven track record developing and launching premium beauty or fragrance products
- Demonstrated expertise in 360° launch strategy and multi-channel activation

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary product launches from conception through market execution, with proven success balancing creative vision against commercial constraints.
Education
