Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own seasonal product strategy and line plans in alignment with brand DNA and commercial targets.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, tech packs, prototyping, fit sessions, approvals and final production sign-off.
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, sourcing, quality and production teams to ensure timely launches and cost/margin objectives.
- Develop and maintain specification sheets, size sets and grading rules; coordinate fit and wear trials with internal and external partners.
- Drive costing, price positioning and margin optimisation through close work with costing and buying teams.
- Select and manage vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Monitor sell-through, inventory and product performance; provide post-season analysis and recommend assortment adjustments.
- Manage the product calendar and cross‑functional project plans to meet collection deadlines and wholesale/retail commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, Product Development, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' product development or product management experience in luxury apparel or premium fashion labels.
- Deep knowledge of garment construction, materials, fit processes and technical specification documentation.
- Proven commercial acumen with experience in costing, pricing and margin management for seasonal collections.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management and project-management skills.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Spanish or another key market language is highly desirable.

At least 5 years of progressive product development or product management experience within luxury or premium apparel, with demonstrated ownership of seasonal collections and commercial performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, Product Development, Business or a related field; advanced degree or specialised training preferred.
