Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps for the fragrance collection, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market positioning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and commercial opportunities
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, including brief development, packaging, and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams on fragrance development, working closely with perfumers and design partners
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and consumer feedback; identify areas for optimization and growth
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, retail operations, supply chain, and finance teams
- Prepare and present product reviews, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, product management, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty, or fragrances
- Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, product positioning, and commercial acumen

Experience
5+ years of product management or brand management experience in luxury fashion, beauty, fragrances, or related sectors, with proven success in developing and commercialising beauty or fragrance products at scale.
Education
Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field preferred.
