Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end primary packaging development projects from creative brief to industrialisation and production sign-off.
- Translate design intent into detailed technical specifications, ensuring manufacturability, quality and regulatory compliance for cosmetics and fragrance primary packaging.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including design, R&D, quality, supply chain, procurement and marketing to maintain timelines and budget.
- Manage supplier selection, qualification and performance; negotiate commercial and technical terms with mould, glass, closure and assembly suppliers.
- Oversee prototyping, tooling development, validation testing and pilot runs; troubleshoot production issues during industrialisation.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives while preserving brand quality and aesthetic requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, change control records and risk registers; report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Support product launches with packaging technical support and post‑launch follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of packaging development and industrialisation in cosmetics, fragrance or luxury goods.
- Solid technical knowledge of primary packaging materials and processes (glass, plastics, metal closures, coatings and surface finishes).
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver to deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites as required.

Typically 3–5 years of hands-on experience in packaging development or industrialisation within the cosmetics, fragrance or luxury product sectors, including supplier management and tooling experience.
