Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the pop-up corner, ensuring alignment with Jean Paul Gaultier's merchandising standards while adapting to the department store environment
- Manage point-of-sale opening and closing procedures
- Supervise inventory levels and stock organization to meet demand while optimizing space utilization
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales advisory team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain the corner schedule, ensuring adequate coverage during peak trading hours while enforcing work time compliance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and qualitative indicators; prepare regular reports for management
- Identify market trends and implement commercial strategies to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance corner profitability
- Build and nurture customer relationships, recruit new clientele, and leverage the existing customer database for retention and engagement
