Puig is hiring a New Launches Planning Graduate in Barcelona (temporary). Support supply chain launch planning, demand forecasting and cross-functional coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end planning for new product launches, coordinating timelines across R&D, marketing, production and logistics to ensure on-shelf readiness.
- Prepare short-term demand forecasts for launch windows and translate forecasts into initial inventory and replenishment requirements.
- Maintain and update launch calendars, SKU masters and allocation plans within the planning systems and ensure data quality across cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Monitor launch KPIs (fill rates, OTIF, stock cover) and produce regular performance reports and post-launch analyses to inform corrective actions.
- Liaise with manufacturing and 3PL partners to confirm production schedules, shipment priorities and expedite critical components when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for launch governance, SOPs and cross-functional handover processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with comfort handling large datasets and producing clear, actionable summaries for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; proven ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple, concurrent launch timelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities during launch phases.

Experience
Entry-level: internships or up to 1–2 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning or operations support preferred. Prior exposure to new product introductions or FMCG/beauty sector projects is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
