Role & Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain connectivity across all Puig sites, ensuring uninterrupted access to global corporate resources
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, and forwarding issues on Cisco and HP network platforms
- Configure and maintain network devices and firewalls across the organization
- Manage ticket queues and network management projects with responsiveness and prioritization
- Implement and support IP routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and DMVPN across WAN environments
- Administer Cisco WLAN platforms for IT and operational environments
- Deploy and maintain perimetral security solutions using Fortinet firewalls with URL filtering, application control, and IPS capabilities
- Support Layer 2 switching technologies and MPLS-based WAN implementations
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; French appreciated
- Hands-on experience with network device configuration and maintenance across at least one vendor platform (Cisco, Juniper, HP, Aruba, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated knowledge of system architecture and ability to diagnose network topology and hardware failures
- Experience with ticket management systems and network management projects

Experience in network management projects and ticket management. Practical experience configuring and maintaining network devices, firewalls, and vendor-specific platforms. Familiarity with network hardware topology and associated failure scenarios.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
