Puig is hiring a Mobile Brand Ambassador in White City, London to drive fragrance activations, sampling and retail sales for its beauty brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at retail activations and sampling points across White City (including centre activations and pop-ups) to generate awareness and trial.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and personalised consultations to convert sampling into sales and build client relationships.
- Execute high-impact merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring brand displays and sampling stations reflect corporate guidelines.
- Operate mobile point-of-sale devices and process transactions accurately while maintaining stock control for samples and sales inventory.
- Achieve and report against daily and weekly KPIs (sales, footfall conversion, sample distribution and new client registrations).
- Capture customer data and follow up using the brand’s CRM processes to support long-term client acquisition and retention.
- Work flexible hours including weekends and evenings and support ad-hoc brand events, roadshows and store takeovers as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales, brand activation, or sampling within beauty, fragrance or luxury retail environments.
- Commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Impeccable presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to tailor conversations to diverse clientele.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak promotional periods; willingness to travel locally within the assigned catchment.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to provide necessary documentation.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct customer-facing sales or brand-activation experience within beauty, fragrance or luxury retail; prior sampling or event activation experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in marketing, retail or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
