Puig is hiring a Mobile Brand Ambassador in Barcelona to lead field activations and drive sampling and sales for its fragrance brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Puig’s fragrance and beauty brands during field activations, pop-ups, events and in-store sampling programs, delivering a premium consumer experience.
- Drive product trials and sales through live demonstrations, personalised consultations and persuasive sampling techniques aligned with brand positioning.
- Set up and maintain portable merchandising and visual assets to brand standards; ensure stock control and secure handling of inventory.
- Capture consumer insights and qualitative feedback at point of contact; submit timely reports and activation metrics via the assigned CRM or reporting tools.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs such as number of trials, conversions and revenue targets; escalate opportunities and issues to the area manager.
- Operate mobile POS and payment devices, process transactions accurately and manage cash/card reconciliation when required.
- Maintain professional presentation and adherence to health, safety and compliance requirements during all activations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in face-to-face promotional activities, sampling campaigns, retail sales or experiential marketing (1+ year preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel between event locations.
- Ability to manage portable stock, perform basic cash handling and operate mobile POS devices.
- Professional presentation and a deep interest in fragrance and beauty categories.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of direct consumer-facing experience in sampling, promotional events, retail or experiential marketing; prior work with beauty, fragrance or luxury FMCG brands is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in retail, beauty or hospitality are a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
