Role & Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities and deliver personalized customer consultation across luxury fragrance and beauty product portfolios at approximately five designated retail locations within the service territory
- Train and motivate retail staff across multiple stores on brand positioning, product knowledge, and sales techniques aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail team members, ensuring consistent brand representation and engagement
- Oversee visual merchandising execution at retail shelves, ensuring premium presentation standards and brand compliance
- Develop and implement promotional activations and point-of-sale campaigns in coordination with the Hamburg-based retail team to drive revenue growth
- Schedule and coordinate field deployment days across retail locations in alignment with retail operations management
- Complete administrative duties and prepare regular reporting on sales metrics, inventory management, and promotional outcomes
Qualifications
