Role & Responsibilities

• Represent Puig brands (Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera and Hermès fragrances) in the Rhein-Main region through scheduled client appointments, in-store activations and pop-up events.
• Deliver personalised product consultations and beauty services—fragrance matching and makeup demonstrations—tailored to high-value luxury clientele.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and regional KPIs through active prospecting, clienteling and targeted upselling.
• Build and maintain a qualified client book, manage follow-ups and appointment scheduling to maximise repeat purchase and loyalty.
• Execute brand merchandising and visual standards at each activation, including product replenishment, display setup and stock control.
• Coordinate logistics and travel across assigned territory; manage mobile kit, samples and point-of-sale materials.
• Record daily activity and sales results; provide field feedback on trends, competitive activity and product reception to regional management.
• Collaborate with retail partners, regional managers and marketing teams to support launches, training and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in beauty retail, fragrance or makeup artistry—ideally 1–3 years in a client-facing luxury environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong grooming and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to travel across the Rhein-Main territory.
• Valid right to work in Germany and reliable mobility (car or public-transport flexibility).
• Vocational training or certification in cosmetics, beauty therapy or equivalent is advantageous.

Skills

Experience

Approximately 1–3 years of direct client-facing experience in beauty, cosmetics or fragrance retail, or as a brand ambassador for premium or luxury labels; experience executing off-site activations and managing a personal client book is preferred.

Education

Secondary education completed; vocational qualification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
