Role & Responsibilities
- Execute sales deployments for Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, and Hermès across designated retail locations within the Rhine-Main territory
- Provide individualized and consultative customer guidance across the complete product portfolio in accordance with established brand guidelines
- Train, motivate, and support retail staff in assigned locations to drive brand awareness and sales performance
- Maintain strategic relationships with store management and retail teams to ensure operational alignment
- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising execution and point-of-sale presentation within assigned locations
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and activations to drive sales uplift in consultation with the Hamburg retail team
- Plan and schedule deployment days across locations in coordination with the retail operations team
- Execute administrative tasks including inventory reporting, sales performance analysis, and regular management reporting
Qualifications
- Multiple years of customer service experience with exclusive luxury brands, particularly in fragrance retail
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance and beauty with genuine enthusiasm for brand ambassadorship
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric service orientation with proven ability to energize retail teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple points of sale within assigned territory
- Proactive, self-directed approach to work with clear focus on sales and revenue objectives
- Competence in administrative tasks including inventory and sales reporting
