Puig seeks a Mobile Beauty Advisor in Frankfurt to represent rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera & Hermès in mobile and in-store activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent and sell multiple luxury fragrance and beauty maisons in the assigned Frankfurt territory, delivering personalised consultations to high-value clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, conversion and repeat business.
- Plan and execute in-store activations, pop-ups and promotional events in coordination with local retail partners and brand managers.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain a CRM database of clients, manage follow-ups, and execute clienteling activities to nurture long-term relationships.
- Manage stock, product replenishment and on-site merchandising material; perform basic inventory reconciliation.
- Report daily sales activity and market feedback to the regional sales manager; communicate competitive intelligence.
- Adhere to all brand policies, luxury service protocols and compliance requirements while acting as an ambassador for the maisons.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail, beauty or fragrance sales (field or in-store), with demonstrable sales results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for personalised client service and upselling.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule including weekends and event shifts.
- Professional presentation and commitment to delivering luxury-brand service standards.
- Valid work authorisation for Germany and ability to travel within the assigned territory; driving licence preferred.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or high-end retail sales; experience with multi-brand or licensed fragrance portfolios is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetics, beauty therapy or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
