Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct sales assignments for Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, and Hermès across approximately five designated retail locations
- Deliver personalized, expert customer consultation across the complete product portfolio in accordance with brand guidelines
- Motivate and train retail staff across assigned stores to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members across all assigned locations
- Ensure consistent and flawless visual merchandising execution in-store and on brand counters
- Orchestrate promotional activities and point-of-sale events to drive sales growth in coordination with the Hamburg retail team
