Puig is hiring a Mobile Beauty Advisor in Düsseldorf (Rhein‑Ruhr) to represent rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera & Hermès.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact, on-the-move sales and brand experiences for multiple prestige fragrance maisons across the Rhein‑Ruhr retail footprint, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Travel regularly between partner department stores, mono-brand corners and promotional events to provide product demonstrations, sampling and personalised consultations.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through attentive clienteling: appointment booking, follow-up, personalised recommendations and after-sales service.
- Maintain merchandising and stock standards consistent with each maison’s visual identity; manage stock, samples and promotional materials accurately.
- Record sales activity and client interactions in CRM/POS systems and provide timely sales reporting and market feedback to the regional team.
- Represent the brands with impeccable grooming, tone and product knowledge; ensure compliance with brand policies, hygiene and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury perfumery, cosmetics or prestige beauty (1–3 years preferred).
- Demonstrable success in face-to-face selling, clienteling and achieving commercial targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a polished, brand-appropriate demeanour.
- Flexibility to travel across the Rhein‑Ruhr region, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; ability to use point-of-sale systems and record-keeping tools reliably.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail or beauty sales experience, preferably within luxury fragrance or cosmetics environments; experience with roaming or multi-site selling is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education or vocational diploma; professional training in cosmetics, retail or sales is advantageous.
