Mobile Beauty Advisor for Puig's luxury fragrance brands in Berlin. Represent Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, and Hermès across retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute sales deployments for Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, and Hermès across approximately five designated retail locations in the Berlin area
- Provide personalized, consultative customer service across the full product portfolio in accordance with brand guidelines
- Train and motivate in-store staff to deliver excellence in brand representation and product knowledge
- Maintain productive working relationships with store managers and retail teams to ensure consistent brand standards
- Oversee visual merchandising execution and shelf presentation to maximize brand visibility and appeal
- Coordinate and execute point-of-sale promotional activities and campaigns in alignment with the Hamburg retail operations team
- Schedule and coordinate deployment days across assigned locations
- Complete administrative responsibilities including inventory reporting, sales reporting, and regular performance updates
Qualifications
- Multiple years of customer service experience within exclusive or luxury brands, particularly in fragrance and beauty categories
- Demonstrated passion for fragrances and beauty products with genuine enthusiasm for brand representation
- Strong interpersonal and service orientation; proven ability to engage customers and inspire store staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple point-of-sale locations within assigned territory
- Self-motivated and results-driven with proactive, independent work approach and sales orientation
- Experience with administrative tasks such as inventory and sales reporting
- Immaculate personal presentation; brand ambassador-caliber appearance and deportment
