Puig seeks a Mobile Beauty Advisor in Berlin to represent rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera & Hermès across major German cities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent and sell Puig-managed fragrance and beauty brands (including rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera and partner brands) across major urban retail locations and events.
- Deliver product demonstrations, personalised consultations and fragrance fittings to high-value customers to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Develop and maintain a qualified client base through proactive prospecting, follow-up and clienteling techniques.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI metrics; contribute to regional sales performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation and stock levels meet brand standards at each activation or point of sale.
- Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, client records and basic CRM entries following Puig processes.
- Coordinate logistics for mobile activations, pop-ups and appointments; travel frequently between metropolitan locations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in prestige fragrance, cosmetics or luxury beauty (preferably 1+ years).
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling abilities with a clear client-focus.
- Flexibility to travel regularly and work variable hours including weekends and evenings.
- Professional grooming and high standards of personal presentation consistent with luxury brand image.
- Valid work authorization for the country of employment; driving licence advantageous.
- Formal training or certifications in cosmetics, make-up artistry or beauty therapy is a plus.
