Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare brand launches, including guidelines application, multi-party validations, production briefs, point-of-sale materials ordering, visual assets, product management, budget tracking, production timeline management, installation supervision, and post-installation photography
- Manage event executions (store décors, conventions, seminars) through brief creation, logistical supervision (transport and procurement), prototype validation, and timeline/budget adherence
- Develop and maintain planograms by retail partner using IWD software
- Track and update semi-personalized retail elements including shelf displays, glorifiers, and promotional highlights
- Provide operational field support for visual material and point-of-sale asset management
- Oversee departmental operations including product inventory, point-of-sale material stockage, and courier logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in commercial studies, marketing, or design with merchandising specialization
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or event project management within luxury sectors
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with IWD software; familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp 3D preferred

A first internship or entry-level position in merchandising, retail operations, or event project management in the luxury goods sector, particularly within fragrances or beauty categories.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school, marketing program, or design school with specialization in merchandising.
