Puig seeks a Marketing Prestige Brand Manager in Barcelona to lead brand strategy and luxury marketing for prestige fragrance and beauty products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long‑term brand strategy and annual marketing plan for a prestige fragrance or beauty label, ensuring consistency with global brand equity.
- Develop and manage go‑to‑market plans for product launches and seasonal activations across retail, travel retail and digital channels.
- Own the brand P&L inputs: set budgets, prioritise spend across above‑ and below‑the‑line activities, and track ROI against defined KPIs.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with sales, trade marketing, supply chain and creative teams to align distribution, merchandising and promotional execution.
- Commission and interpret consumer and market insights to inform positioning, product innovation and media strategy.
- Manage external agencies and production partners (creative, media, PR) to deliver campaigns on brand and on brief.
- Design and monitor omni‑channel marketing campaigns including digital, CRM, influencer and retail activation to drive consideration and conversion.
- Prepare regular performance reporting and presentations for regional and global stakeholders, proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Coach and mentor junior marketing colleagues and coordinate matrix stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record (typically 3–7 years) in brand management or marketing within beauty, luxury or premium consumer goods.
- Demonstrable experience launching prestige products and managing omnichannel campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and agency briefing experience.

Experience
Several years of progressive marketing experience within prestige beauty, fragrance or luxury FMCG, including responsibility for product launches, campaign execution and cross‑channel activation. Experience working with regional or global brand teams and external agencies is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; master’s degree or specialization in luxury/brand management preferred.
