Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of brand and product marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Create, edit and schedule social media content; monitor engagement and recommend optimisations.
- Conduct market, consumer and competitive research to inform briefs and campaign planning.
- Prepare presentations, reports and KPI dashboards for brand teams and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Assist in the organisation and on-site support of events, launches and retail activations.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the marketing team (asset tracking, calendar management).
- Help maintain asset libraries and ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Creative sensibility with a clear interest in luxury, fashion or beauty sectors.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to take ownership of small projects.
- Proficiency in Portuguese; strong English writing and verbal skills preferred.

Previous internship or practical experience in marketing, communications, social media or brand management is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated academic projects or extracurricular activity in these areas is acceptable for candidates still in education.
