Role & Responsibilities
- Support market sell-out analysis and client performance tracking, identifying category trends, brand performance metrics, and competitive movements
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities to strengthen team visualization and analytics infrastructure
- Provide analytical support to Consumer & Shopper Insights projects by synthesizing findings from multiple studies and collaborating with external partners and global teams to translate insights into actionable business recommendations
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on growth opportunities, market sizing, sales dispersion, and regional performance across Puig's portfolio
- Contribute analytical support to cross-functional strategic projects with Marketing, Commercial, and other departments, promoting data-driven organizational decision-making
- Assist in preparing executive presentations and materials for leadership committees and executive forums
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent discipline
- Proficiency in English and Spanish at advanced level
- No previous training contract experience (contract type 420)
- Available to commence employment from September 2026
Skills
Experience
Valued experience in data analysis, market intelligence, consumer insights, strategy, or marketing, ideally in FMCG environments, management consulting, or mass market sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
