Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct creative and strategic research to inform product development, including moodboards, concepts, naming, and packaging ideas
- Support comprehensive 360° launch planning from creative concept through retail and digital activation
- Assist in developing and maintaining the three-year marketing roadmap aligned with brand positioning
- Prepare creative briefs for packaging and design agencies
- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze market trends to inform strategy
- Execute competitive benchmarking studies and ad hoc market research initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments including Communications, Digital, Studio, Retail Design, and Packaging
- Collaborate with local market teams to support product launches and deployment initiatives
- Work with industrial experts to assess product feasibility and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent English language proficiency; Spanish proficiency is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
