Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised makeup consultations and bespoke makeover services at the Selfridges Birmingham counter, adapting techniques to each clients skin type and lifestyle needs.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets through product recommendations, retail conversions, and proactive client follow‑up.
- Manage bookings and walk‑in clients, maintain client records, and nurture long‑term relationships to build a loyal client base.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene standards, follow product safety protocols, and ensure tools and tester stations are sanitised and presentation‑ready.
