Carolina Herrera seeks a Licensing Business Development Graduate to support eyewear strategy in Barcelona. One-year graduate contract role with cross-functional exposure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Licence Manager on go-to-market strategy implementation for eyewear across priority markets, including quarterly and annual report analysis with particular focus on product, distribution, and retail performance benchmarking
- Coordinate distribution initiatives including E-tailer competitive analysis, retail objective tracking, and evaluation of online partnership opportunities
- Manage retail project execution encompassing permanent space development, temporary retail materials production, travel retail coordination, and in-store benchmark analysis
- Oversee digital launch activities including new collection order follow-up and online platform coordination
- Liaise with media and communication teams to ensure timely implementation of media plans and advertising campaigns, including eyewear advertising campaign coordination
- Support brand presentation documentation and Casa Herrera project management including order processing and sell-out tracking
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with digital, communication, PR, and product teams to ensure project alignment and delivery of marketing collateral
- Contribute to event coordination, gifting programs, PR activities, and local seminar organization
Qualifications
- Recent university graduate or completion of a graduate program
- Strong analytical and numerical proficiency with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets
