Puig in Paris is hiring a Responsable Grands Comptes (Key Accounts Manager) to manage strategic wholesale accounts and drive commercial growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial development and full P&L responsibility for strategic national and/or international wholesale accounts (department stores, perfumeries, selected distributors).
  • Define and execute account plans that deliver agreed revenue, margin and distribution targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, assortment, promotions and long-term agreements with key retailers and partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams — marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and finance — to ensure flawless in-store and omnichannel execution of brand initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs; produce forecasts, business reviews and corrective actions to maximise sell-through.
  • Ensure brand positioning and merchandising standards are maintained across partner points of sale.
  • Develop and nurture senior client relationships, acting as the primary commercial interface and trusted advisor to account stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand at trade events, promotional activations and retailer business reviews.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing major wholesale or retail accounts within perfumery, cosmetics, luxury fashion or FMCG.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets through strategic account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation and P&L understanding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with experience liaising at senior retail levels.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into actionable retail execution plans.
  • Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English is highly recommended.

Experience
