Puig seeks Key Account Manager in Dubai to manage major retail partnerships including Al Tayer and Ulta, combining strategic account development with cross-functional coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop annual key account strategies and three-year account plans aligned with Puig's long-term vision
- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships with major retailers to maximize sell-in, sell-out, and investment opportunities
- Lead key account negotiations on commercial terms, investments, visibility, and retailer support initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities and monitor delivery of annual account plans, recommending strategic actions
- Negotiate permanent and temporary in-store spaces, including animations and visibility opportunities
- Share relevant account and market trends with Commercial and Marketing teams
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and serve as primary point of contact for retailers
- Ensure new product lists (NLTs), retailer templates, and supporting documentation are submitted accurately and on time
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure product availability and successful launches
- Proactively communicate delays, supply risks, and changes that may affect product availability or launch timing
- Oversee launches from conception to completion, ensuring products are listed, ordered, delivered, and activated
- Resolve ordering, listing, replenishment, and logistics issues promptly and thoroughly
- Lead the forecasting process with retailers, maintaining monthly rolling forecasts for new products and quarterly forecasts for core SKUs
- Partner with retailers and internal teams to improve forecast accuracy, fill rates, and stock availability
- Monitor stock cover and replenishment to maintain healthy inventory levels across retail partners
- Identify supply and inventory risks early and drive corrective action with internal and retail stakeholders
Qualifications
- Relevant sales or commercial experience with exposure to key account management
- Experience in the beauty or luxury industry
- Fluency in English
- Collaborative approach with proven ability to work effectively across functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- High integrity and strong sense of accountability
