Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Management team in the oversight and strategic development of omni-channel customer relationships
- Prepare sales collateral, client presentations, and documentation for product launches and account meetings
- Conduct analysis of sales figures, market trends, and competitive activities to inform commercial decision-making
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Sales teams to understand cross-functional contributions to business success
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product introductions, and point-of-sale activations
- Support the creation of sales reports, presentations, and key performance indicator tracking
- Assist in sell-in and sell-out analysis to evaluate the success of commercial initiatives
- Gain practical field experience through close collaboration with experienced Key Account Managers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated interest in data interpretation and structured problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with comfort in cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the beauty and fashion industries, brands, products, and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with business intelligence tools is advantageous
