Puig is hiring a Key Account Graduate in Hamburg: an entry-level role supporting key account management and commercial operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Managers in daily account activities for assigned retail and wholesale partners in the Hamburg market.
- Prepare sales analyses, weekly/monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards to inform account strategy and decision-making.
- Assist in the development and execution of commercial plans, promotional calendars and point-of-sale initiatives.
- Coordinate order processing, invoicing follow-up and logistics with internal teams (finance, supply chain, marketing) to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Draft client-facing presentations and proposals, and participate in meetings and negotiations with retail partners.
- Contribute to forecasting, assortment planning and inventory monitoring to optimise sell-through and stock levels.
- Maintain and update CRM records and account documentation to ensure data accuracy and continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial mindset with sound numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior account managers.

Experience
Entry-level role for a recent graduate or candidate with up to 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, wholesale or commercial support functions. Internship experience in account management, retail operations or brand commercial departments is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
