Role & Responsibilities
- Support management and strategic development of key e-commerce accounts (Flaconi and Zalando), working with Key Account Management to build sustainable customer relationships and develop customized growth plans
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, market, and competitive data to derive actionable recommendations and monitor sales, volume, and performance metrics
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders; coordinate performance reviews and regular alignment meetings with trading partners
- Plan, execute, and evaluate the success of promotions, product launches, and digital activations; collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Support forecasting, sales planning, and budget processes; maintain customer and planning databases to ensure high data quality and analyze inventory and seasonal trends
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, finance, demand planning, customer service, and other internal teams to optimize processes and customer activities
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or comparable field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management, sales, category management, e-commerce, or trade marketing
- Demonstrated ability to work data-driven with proficiency in sell-in/sell-out analysis and KPI reporting
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders; strong organizational and self-management capabilities in dynamic environments
- Fluent German and English in written and spoken form; very strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is advantageous

Education
