Puig seeks a Key Account Assistant intern in Paris for 6 months starting January 2027, supporting prestige brand retail and commercial operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize scheduling systems for field teams, flagships, and retail partners across Puig and retailer platforms
- Create and distribute monthly newsletters to animation and field teams
- Coordinate the allocation and tracking of promotional materials, testers, and supplies for daily field activities
- Prepare materials and support the organization of sales meetings, conference calls, and seminars
- Analyze sales performance, sell-through rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for major launches and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor assortment implementation and provide recommendations for product placement across retail partners
- Support assortment management and product referencing in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams
- Track compliance with negotiated retail commitments including merchandising standards and visibility requirements
- Assist in the preparation of sales visits and regional meetings; organize regional challenges and competitions
- Propose process improvements and contribute to the development of new internal initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) from a business school or equivalent management institution
- Minimum one year of professional experience in sales, commercial, or beauty industry roles
- Proficiency in English and French; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams
