Puig Hamburg: 6-month Retail Development Internship for niche beauty brands including Byredo and Dries Van Noten. Full-time, start September.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Development Team as the interface between marketing and counter operations
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing counter animations, promotional activities, and permanent fixtures
- Develop and create customized point-of-sale (POS) solutions for optimal brand presentation at retail counters
- Monitor and analyze brand presence and marketing campaign performance
- Design and refine planograms and manage planning, administration, and tracking of decorative materials for point-of-sale environments
- Prepare briefing materials for personnel assignments at counters throughout the DACH region
- Collaborate with brand teams at headquarters in Paris and Barcelona, external agencies, retail partners, Key Account Managers, and counter teams
- Execute administrative and support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business degree, ideally with specialization in marketing or retail
- Prior internship or entry-level professional experience preferred
- Creative team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-directed and reliable work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English
- Passion for luxury beauty and fragrance brands
