Role & Responsibilities
- Support the RTW Product Development team throughout the complete product lifecycle
- Create and maintain product development tools, timelines, and tracking documentation
- Manage product coding and data entry in the PLM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate between Design, Standards, and Production teams to facilitate smooth development processes
- Monitor prototypes, conduct fittings, and participate in collection reviews
- Prepare product information, technical documentation, and development reports
- Maintain and update team tracking documents including overviews, status reports, meeting minutes, and cross-functional communication materials
- Monitor project schedules and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadline compliance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in fashion, product development, or related field
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in the luxury sector and RTW product development
- Proactive mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of PLM systems (preferred)
