Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and management of collection references within PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software
- Coordinate daily communications between the Studio, Design Office, and internal departments
- Assist the collection developer with tracking activities including sample reception, shipment coordination, telephone follow-up, email correspondence, and measurements
- Prepare technical documentation, send shipments, manage dyeing launches, and track collection piece reception
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations on product ranges, materials, and colorways
- Manage administrative follow-up and documentation
- Assist in runway show preparation and fitting sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completing third or fourth year of commercial school or fashion-focused educational institution
- Understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, or garment assembly
- Strong product sensibility and fashion awareness
- Demonstrable adaptability and responsiveness to changing priorities
Skills
Experience
Practical experience within fashion design, product development, or collection coordination preferred; internship or school project experience in RTW or fashion design is acceptable.
Education
Third or fourth year student at a business school with specialization in fashion, or equivalent fashion school diploma.
