Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the ‘permanent image’ retail concept for Jean Paul Gaultier Parfums across international markets, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative retail concepts, space plans and technical specifications for flagship boutiques, shop‑in‑shops and point‑of‑sale displays.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, elevations and 3D visualizations for internal review and supplier manufacture.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end project delivery: budgeting, procurement, sample review, production follow‑up and on‑site installation.
  • Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, and local retail teams to adapt concepts to regional constraints and commercial objectives.
  • Manage external partners — fabricators, stand builders, visual agencies and fixture manufacturers — and negotiate commercial terms.

Qualifications
