Puig seeks Influence & Advocacy Manager in Hamburg to lead PR and influencer strategy for luxury brands across Germany and Austria.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of influencer, advocacy, and creator campaigns for Carolina Herrera across German and Austrian markets
  • Serve as primary liaison between global and local teams regarding all influence and advocacy initiatives
  • Develop and implement paid, earned, and advocacy campaigns aligned with global brand strategies and guidelines
  • Curate, brief, and manage influencers, content creators, and agency partners; oversee co-creation and content collaboration projects
  • Manage PR operations across three prestige brands including agency oversight, media inquiry handling, and long-term journalist relationship cultivation
  • Adapt global press materials and coordinate press days, roundtables, media events, and product launch activations
  • Oversee PR shipments, sample management, award submissions, and special projects
  • Execute campaign, event, creator, and PR performance analysis using relevant KPIs and industry benchmarks
  • Develop and refine reporting standards, templates, and evaluation frameworks to track campaign effectiveness
  • Identify market trends, best practices, and growth opportunities through competitive analysis and performance evaluation
  • Manage budgets including forecasting, expense control, purchase order oversight, and vendor relations
  • Plan and execute influencer, PR, and community events with external partner coordination and success measurement
  • Prepare executive-ready analyses and derive actionable recommendations for future campaigns and investments
  • Support annual planning through data-driven forecasts and KPI target definition

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in marketing, communications, public relations, social media, or equivalent qualification
  • Multi-year professional experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, advocacy, or corporate communications
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brand marketing and social media trends
  • Proven experience managing agencies, campaigns, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capabilities and high numerical proficiency
  • Experience interpreting and presenting KPI-based reporting and performance analytics
  • Proficiency with reporting and social media analytics platforms, Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent command of German and English (written and oral)
  • Demonstrated communication strength, organizational discipline, and team orientation
  • Willingness to travel for market visits, events, stakeholder meetings, and activations in Austria and Germany
