Puig seeks Media Manager in Barcelona for temporary role supporting Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier media campaigns across Iberia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation and execution of integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinate campaign launches and ensure all media activities execute on schedule and according to established plans
- Manage daily campaign execution in collaboration with local media agencies
- Ensure campaigns activate in accordance with approved media strategies, established timelines, and brand priorities
- Monitor campaign performance throughout the lifecycle and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Track media KPIs and support real-time performance analysis
- Work closely with media agencies to implement improvements and maximize campaign effectiveness
- Consolidate learnings and provide recommendations to optimize future activations
- Serve as operational point of contact with local media agencies
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to align media plans with commercial priorities and campaign calendars
- Work with regional media teams to ensure consistency with global frameworks, best practices, and regional initiatives
- Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders during campaign execution
- Produce periodic campaign performance reports and post-campaign evaluations
- Oversee compliance with agreed KPIs and ensure report quality and accuracy
- Maintain updated campaign documentation and support media governance processes
- Ensure compliance with global media guidelines and established operational standards

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Media, Digital Marketing, Media Planning, or media agencies
- Demonstrated participation in execution of integrated media campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical capability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
- Knowledge of digital platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic
- Familiarity with key media metrics: Reach, Frequency, CPM, CPC, CTR, VTR, CPA, and ROI
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and management skills
- Genuine curiosity about media, consumer behaviour, and innovation
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and shifting business priorities
