The Human Resources Intern supports the fashion HR team serving Jean Paul Gaultier and Rabanne, with a focus on their intern populations. Responsibilities span intern recruitment, school relations, HR support and follow-up, reporting, and administrative coordination. Internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support intern recruitment by gathering hiring needs from managers, drafting and publishing job offers, screening applications, conducting pre-qualifications, and coordinating interviews.
- Contribute to school relations by organising and running recruitment campaigns and participating in career fairs, school events, and visibility initiatives.
- Contribute to employer-branding and school-business strategy discussions, including school career fairs.
- Track recruitment administration using digital HR tools, including ATS and HRIS systems, and manage internship agreements.
- Serve as a day-to-day HR contact for interns; support onboarding, individual check-ins, career development, escalation of concerns to HR business partners, and administrative follow-up.
- Liaise directly with managers and schools.
- Help improve the intern experience through onboarding, communications, and events.
- Contribute to HR reporting, including tracking dashboards, indicators, and analyses.
- Coordinate with payroll to transmit information concerning interns.
- Maintain HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide ad hoc support on other HR matters as needed by the team.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at master’s level (Bac +5) at a business school or in a university programme specialising in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attentive listening, rigour, and adaptability.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Fluent French; operational English.
