Puig seeks an HR Development, Training and Internal Communications Assistant intern in Paris to support HR development projects, employee training, reporting and internal communications across Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne and Nina Ricci. The role also contributes to quality-of-work-life, employer-branding and CSR initiatives, as well as internal events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of internal communications initiatives and HR projects that strengthen company culture, employee engagement and quality of work life across Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne and Nina Ricci.
- Support initiatives related to quality of work life, employer branding and CSR.
- Create and update HR tools and materials, including procedures, onboarding handbooks and internal guides.
- Help track employee training requests.
- Research and coordinate training organizations and external providers.
- Organize training sessions and manage schedules.
- Support the implementation and rollout of training initiatives.
- Track training activity using Excel dashboards and reports.
- Analyze training feedback and create questionnaires.
- Help monitor HR indicators and contribute to assessments and reports.
- Help optimize HR tools and processes by proposing improvements.
- Contribute to internal and external communications channels, including Teams, Intranet and LinkedIn.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac +3 to Bac +5 qualification in human resources, communications, management, social sciences or at a business school.
- Knowledge of communications tools, including the Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong writing skills, including spelling, style and synthesis.
- Basic project management knowledge.
