Puig is hiring an Operations HR Graduate in Barcelona to support HR operations, onboarding and HR projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including maintenance of employee records, contract administration and personnel file management in compliance with internal policies and local regulation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes: prepare documentation, facilitate inductions and liaise with hiring managers to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Assist with payroll administration and data validation, working closely with payroll providers and finance to ensure timely, accurate salary processing.
- Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis to support workforce planning and operational KPIs.
- Participate in local HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives (process simplification, digitalisation of HR tools and employee lifecycle touchpoints).
- Act as an internal point of contact for employees on routine HR enquiries and escalate complex cases to HR business partners or specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline; final-year students are eligible.
- Fluent written and spoken proficiency appropriate to the Barcelona business environment (language requirements will be confirmed at interview).
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- High professional standards, proactivity and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Open to recent graduates and candidates with 0–12 months of relevant HR experience, including internships or prior trainee positions within HR, people operations, or administrative functions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; final-year students considered.
