Puig seeks an HR Graduate — Global Talent Management in Barcelona to support talent programs, learning and succession initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Talent Management team in the design, delivery and administration of talent programs, including leadership development, succession planning and high-potential initiatives.
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for talent reviews, calibration sessions and global learning events, liaising with regional HR business partners and external providers.
- Collect, clean and analyse HR and talent data to produce dashboards and reports that inform decisions on performance, potential and mobility.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR systems and processes (talent modules in HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Drive project tasks across cross-functional stakeholders, track milestones, and follow up on actions arising from talent forums and development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrable interest in talent management, organisational development or learning & development within a consumer luxury context.
- Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Experience
Entry-level — recent graduates, internships or up to two years' experience in HR, talent development, learning or related functions, ideally within retail, beauty, fashion or consumer goods.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
