Puig in Barcelona seeks an HR Graduate (Global Learning & Development) to support global L&D programmes and talent initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, coordination and delivery of global learning and development programmes, including onboarding, leadership modules and technical training.
- Collaborate with regional HR and business partners to adapt curricula and ensure local relevance while maintaining global standards.
- Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning assets.
- Collect, analyse and present learning metrics and feedback to measure programme effectiveness and identify development opportunities.
- Manage logistics for training events, workshops and virtual sessions, liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to talent development projects and special initiatives (succession planning, competency frameworks, assessment centres).
- Deliver administrative and project support for the L&D team, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in learning & development, talent management or organisational development (internships, projects or extracurricular involvement).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Analytical aptitude with comfort handling learning metrics, feedback data and basic reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Adaptable, culturally aware and motivated to work within an international, matrixed organisation.
Experience
Entry-level role aimed at recent graduates; internship or 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR, learning & development or related projects is desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or equivalent. Postgraduate study in L&D or HR is advantageous but not required.
