Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and one-to-one consultations to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, product demonstrations and upselling of premium ranges.
- Provide expert advice on fragrances, skincare and makeup; conduct product applications and colour matching with professionalism and hygiene.
- Develop and maintain a client database and execute clienteling activities, including appointment management, follow-ups and tailored product recommendations.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, stock accuracy and replenishment; prepare product displays and participate in in-store events or launches.
- Represent the brand with impeccable appearance and professional behaviour, complying with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or beauty advisory experience in a luxury or premium cosmetics environment (typically 1–3 years).
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable sales results and client development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to establish trust with discerning customers.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and local public holidays.
- Right to work in Switzerland and availability to work from the Geneva store location.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience as a beauty or cosmetics advisor, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating high-value client relationships is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup artistry is advantageous.
