Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee production scheduling and launch, coordinating delivery timelines aligned with commercial and merchandising strategy across retail and wholesale networks
- Optimize production processes to manage lead times, quality standards, cost of goods, and margin performance while identifying alternative suppliers and managing production contingencies
- Drive performance tracking and reporting for the category, including delivery rate analysis, schedule adherence monitoring, and supplier data reliability; establish continuous improvement protocols
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer between the design and engineering bureau and production teams during collection industrialization and handoff
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with suppliers and manufacturing facilities
- Manage external quality control and coordinate with the quality and design bureau on third-party provider interfaces
- Configure product compositions, manufacturing costs, and production workflows in the ERP system (ORLIWEB) and propose system enhancements for planning optimization
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or engineering school with specialization in supply chain or production
- Minimum 4 years of direct experience in production management or an equivalent role
- Advanced proficiency in ORLIWEB and PLM software
- Advanced English language capability
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Demonstrated expertise in the luxury sector
- Strong sense of product and design

Experience
