Puig seeks Global Pricing Manager in Barcelona: lead advanced pricing analytics, develop elasticity models, and drive strategic pricing decisions across luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of advanced pricing analytics frameworks to support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Own and evolve price elasticity models, demand modelling, and scenario simulations to optimize pricing strategies
- Generate consumer-centric pricing insights including willingness-to-pay analysis, market segmentation, and behavioral analysis
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Own the end-to-end pricing intelligence agenda, integrating internal and external data sources into cohesive analytical systems
- Design the evolution of competitive benchmarking towards a consumer- and market-centric model
- Identify value creation opportunities and pricing risks across brands and markets
- Design and scale the Global Pricing analytics engine, enabling predictive and integrated capabilities
- Define and track pricing KPIs, identifying optimization levers and driving performance improvements
- Act as the functional lead for pricing analytics, defining best practices and driving capability building across the organization
Qualifications
- University degree in Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, pricing, analytics, or revenue management within the beauty or luxury goods industry
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Demonstrated expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis and modelling
- Proven ability to develop and implement price elasticity models and demand forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities
- Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory); French proficiency preferred
- Geographical mobility to support global role requirements
