Puig is hiring a Global Pricing Executive in Barcelona to lead global pricing strategy for its fragrance and fashion portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement global pricing strategy and price architecture across markets and channels for Puig’s fragrance and fashion portfolio.
- Build and maintain pricing models, elasticity analyses and scenario simulations to optimise revenue, margin and market positioning.
- Lead cross‑functional pricing governance: align regional commercial teams, finance, trade marketing and legal on price changes and promotional mechanics.
- Translate product-level strategy into market-level list prices, MAP/TPR policies, trade terms and promotional rulesets.
- Monitor competitive pricing, market trends and regulatory constraints; recommend tactical and structural price adjustments.
- Develop and deploy pricing tools, dashboards and reporting to track performance against targets and to support decision-making.
- Project-manage global price rollouts and contribute to commercial initiatives including new launches, reprice cycles and channel strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and insight to senior stakeholders on pricing performance, risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science or a related discipline; MBA or MSc preferred.
- Strong quantitative and commercial acumen with proven ability to translate analysis into pricing recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills across international and matrixed organisations.
- Fluent business English; additional languages an advantage (e.g., Spanish, French).
- High level of integrity and familiarity with pricing governance, MAP policies and regulatory considerations in consumer goods.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy or market analytics within beauty, fashion, luxury goods or FMCG. Demonstrated track record of leading cross‑border pricing projects and delivering measurable margin or revenue improvement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
